We are committed to providing the best hearing care possible and reducing the risk of exposure to the coronavirus by maintaining social distancing in our office and providing touchless service.
Telehealth Appointments – NEW!
We offer live online video conferencing for consultations, follow ups and help troubleshooting any issues patients may be having with their hearing technology.
We also provide phone based consultation, follow ups and troubleshooting assistance. Some hearing devices even allow for remote adjustments through a compatible smartphone and app. Ask us if your hearing aids have remote assistance technology.
Curbside Pickup and Drop-Off
We offer scheduled quick-and-easy curbside pick up or drop-off for hearing aid repairs, clean and checks, batteries, supplies and accessories.
We’ve changed our schedule to maximize hearing care access while ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff. To start we will be providing services three days a week by appointment only. Call our office to book your appointment today.
We have protocols and practices in place to protect our team’s and patient’s health and safety including:
- modified reception area
- triaging appointments to determine how to best address a patient’s needs
- altered patient flow to ensure only one patient is seen at the clinic at all times
- use of personal protective equipment by staff and patients
- frequent facility cleaning
- disinfecting touchpoints between patient appointments
- social distancing between staff
- frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer
- mandatory 14 day sick leave for team members with flu like symptoms
New Appointment Process
We will only be seeing patients with appointments. All patients will be screened over the telephone the day before their appointment.
You will be greeted by our administrative personnel who will provide you with instructions from behind a plexiglass barrier. A station will be positioned at the entrance of the door for pick ups and drop offs if curbside service is not available.
Patients will be expected to arrive with a mask on and will be asked to sanitize their hands. Staff will be wearing gloves when handling shared objects and all shared objects will be disinfected before and after use.
Payment for a product or service can be made over the telephone, via e-transfer or in-person, if needed.
We will be slowly reopening our clinic to meet our patient’s hearing needs. We are implementing policies and new services to ensure health, security and access to care. Phones will be answered daily.
