Build the Career You Imagined
When You First Chose Audiology
“Every Audiologist deserves a mentor
who is genuinely invested in their success.”

Where Exceptional Clinicians Grow
At Salus Hearing & Tinnitus Centre, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional clinicians and exceptional clinicians never stop learning.
We’re more than a hearing clinic. We’re a practice built on purpose, continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and a commitment to changing lives through better hearing, cognition, and connection.
Whether you’re a new graduate looking for mentorship or an experienced Audiologist ready for your next chapter, we’d love to show you what’s possible.
Why We Exist
Most people think we improve hearing.
We believe we improve lives.
Our purpose is to improve quality of life through education, early intervention, and exceptional hearing healthcare.
Our Mission
We transform lives through better hearing, cognition, and connection.
Every hearing assessment, every tinnitus consultation, and every patient conversation is an opportunity to help someone reconnect with their family, maintain their independence, preserve cognitive health, and continue enjoying the moments that matter most.
That purpose inspires everything we do.
More Than a Job. A Career with Purpose.
We’re looking for an Audiologist who wants more than a position.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people, values meaningful patient relationships, enjoys lifelong learning, and wants to build a career they can truly be proud of.
At Salus, we believe that as our practice grows, our people should grow too.
When our patients thrive, our practice grows.
When our practice grows, our team should share in that success.
Our commitment is to help every member of our team grow personally, professionally, and financially while building something meaningful together.
We Don’t Just Hire Audiologists.
We Mentor Exceptional Clinicians.
One of the greatest privileges of owning Salus has been mentoring Audiologists as they discover their confidence, develop their unique strengths, and build rewarding careers.
You’ll work alongside an experienced Audiologist who is passionate about mentoring—not simply supervising.
You’ll have opportunities to grow in areas such as:
- Adult diagnostic audiology
- Evidence-based hearing aid technology
- Real Ear Measurement and verification
- Tinnitus assessment and management
- Cognitive hearing healthcare
- Patient counselling
- Clinical reasoning
- Ethical treatment recommendations
- Leadership
- Business development
- Private practice operations
Whether you’re just beginning your career or already have years of experience, you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, continue learning, and keep growing.

Your Career Journey
No two clinicians arrive with the same experience—and no two career journeys should look exactly alike.
Whether you’re seeking mentorship as a new graduate or looking to expand your expertise as an experienced Audiologist, we’ll work together to create a professional development plan aligned with your goals, strengths, and aspirations.
Rather than following a one-size-fits-all career path, we take the time to understand your personal, professional, and financial goals.
Together, we’ll create opportunities that support the career you want to build.

Every hearing assessment, every recommendation, and every successful treatment represents someone reconnecting with conversations, relationships, confidence, and the moments that matter most.
As our practice grows, our vision is that every member of our team grows alongside us—developing new skills, new opportunities, and a career they genuinely enjoy.
Our vision extends beyond patient care.
We’re building a practice where exceptional clinicians can build meaningful, fulfilling careers while making a lasting difference in the lives of the people they serve.
A Message from Sabrina
When I founded Salus Hearing & Tinnitus Centre, my vision wasn’t simply to build another hearing clinic.
I wanted to create a place where patients receive the kind of care they deserve—and where clinicians feel supported, challenged, and inspired to become the very best version of themselves.
Some of the greatest moments in my career haven’t been awards or milestones. They’ve been watching patients reconnect with their families, regain confidence, and return to the activities they love. Equally rewarding has been mentoring clinicians as they grow in confidence, discover their strengths, and build fulfilling careers.
If you’re looking for a workplace where you’ll be encouraged to continue learning, trusted to provide exceptional care, and supported by a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed, I hope you’ll consider joining us.
I’d love the opportunity to meet you.
